Our team members maintain relevance in the instructional fields by participating in one of our continuous improvement cadres, shown in Figure 1. The cadres occur bi-weekly to facilitate information sharing and opportunities for brainstorming new and innovative solutions.

1. Research Cadre

Identifies advances and trends within the instructional sciences by focusing on advancements in instructional methodology supported by data and research.

Technology Cadre

Identifies technologies with potential to support training through the collection of data and research on technology’s implementation in training.

Operational Cadre

Examines how to apply advances identified by the other two cadres as innovative options for current and future efforts. The continuous improvement cadres strengthen our expertise in the science of learning, which directly translates into robust innovation solutions provided to our customers.
